If you have any suggestions or complaints please ask to see the Practice Manager and she will endeavour to see you at that point where possible otherwise please put your suggestion or complaint in writing to the Practice Manager or write to Dr Ogilvie at Ryehill Medical Practice. The practice takes complaints made by patients very seriously. We have developed a procedure to deal with complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible. Following receipt of a complaint we will acknowledge this within two working days, and following investigation will endeavour to reply in writing within 20 days. If you are not satisfied with the response a meeting with the Dr Ogilvie and the Practice Manager can be arranged. It is also very pleasant to receive a compliment when we have been successful in addressing your concerns and we very much welcome positive feedback also and would encourage this if deserved in order that this can be fed back to staff.
